Commonwealth Games 2022

What an amazing week I had at the Commonwealth Games this summer. The weather was glorious and the athletes were amazing. I was lucky enough to see netball, hockey, gymnastics and several sessions of athletics. The joy of watching such fantastic athletes compete in such a range of sports was a real treat.

Keep training, keep competing, keep bouncing back and , one day, that could be you.
