Consolidating numbers to 4!

The Barn Owls worked hard to understand the value of number to 4. Firstly counting groups of objects using one:one touch correspondence then moving on to subitising. Children then used the digital ‘five frame’ to place counters. Then we played a game involving throwing beanbags to numbers called out and finally practiced number formation using chalk.
