Firecrests Time 3.5.24

Firecrests started learning to tell the time today. With the help of an ENORMOUS clock, they learnt how to tell the time to the hour and the half hour. They picked up very quickly on the link between our fractions topic and half on the clock and some were even asking about how we can show quarters on a clock. They made their own times on their clocks and explained what sort of things might be happening at different times during the day. Their favourite was half past 10.... break time!
