Kent Sportshall Athletics trials

On Sunday 14th January Penny, Issy, Harry, Tabitha, Blake, Billy, Jordan and Harris all competed in the Kent Trials for Sportshall Athletics. They were joined by over 150 children from all round Kent, including many Athletics clubs. The children competed in 10 track and Field events which were timed and measured. I was timing the Balance event but did manage to watch the children compete in some of their events. They all performed with skill and determination. Well done to all the competitors. A huge congratulations to Harry who won the Gold medal in the boy's competition and will now be representing Kent in the regional competition, training starts this weekend.
