The PTFA

Every parent, carer or friend of the community with a pupil at our school automatically becomes a member of our PTFA. Here at Benenden we have a lively and active committee, a group of parents who raise much needed funds to enhance the educational opportunities and enjoyment for our school community. The PTFA is a registered charity and we raise funds through a series of events held throughout the school year including Christmas and Summer Fairs, Quiz nights, Dance-a-thons and more, however, our PTFA is much more than just fundraising. We aim to provide a closer link between home and school, bringing staff, parents, friends and the local community together socially to 'give back', offering children and their families a good time, a way to make new friends or helping each other with our 'go green' recycle re-home approach.
